Client Care Specialist
Robbie was born in Bristol, Tennessee to a construction family. His parents partnered with his aunts and uncles in a family business that specialized in excavation and pipeline construction. The company has now expanded into multiple entities operated by his brothers and cousins. Surrounded by entrepreneurs at a young age, he’s always had the heart and mind for business. He graduated with honors from Sullivan East High School in 2000 where he spent his high school years excelling in varsity athletics in both baseball and golf, both of which garnered attention from collegiate scouts. Upon graduation he accepted an academic scholarship to attend Maryville College in Maryville, TN where he was a 4-year letterman in Baseball. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 2004.
After college, Robbie moved to Knoxville, TN where he began working as an investment analyst for a hedge fund. In 2005, after a year at the firm, he became a father. Soon after his daughter was born, he landed in the hospitality industry. Over the next 7 years he would welcome a 2nd daughter in 2008 and serve in multiple restaurant leadership roles including Executive Chef and General Manager. He credits his relentless work ethic and tireless pursuit of improvement to this season of his career. In 2012, an opportunity presented itself for him to start a business as a financial coach and he began transitioning his operations and leadership experience into this new venture.
Over the next two years God completely transformed his life. Robbie began serving his local church in 2013 where he found a mentor in his Groups and Missions Pastor. They began weekly discipleship spanning 2 years which helped him identify his unique gifts and purpose. It was through this relationship that he discovered a passion for learning, serving & leadership and a gift for consulting and coaching. In 2014, Robbie made the decision to close his business and pursue a career in sales and leadership development with a national wireless retailer. Over his 8-year career with the company Robbie helped develop a standardized training program that is still utilized in nearly 800 retail stores, spanning 41 states, impacting nearly 200 new sales professionals per month and over 7000 salespeople in the span of his tenure.
Robbie joined Haiman Hogue as Client Care Specialist in October 2021. Attracted to the firm’s commitment to serve God and honor Him through the practice of estate planning, Robbie jumped at the opportunity to develop and enhance the firm’s existing consulting processes. When he’s not serving clients and the team at Haiman Hogue, you will find him making memories with his teenage daughters, playing golf with his friends, training leaders at Faith Promise or serving his local community as a Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams. Everything Robbie does starts with Keeping God 1st, Family 2nd and business 3rd.
