Allen Arnn received his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1997 from the University of Arkansas. Beginning his career as an engineer at Texas Instruments, he has since worked in several varied settings including churches, non-profits and in a franchise company helping it grow from 17 to 300+ locations across the United States. Whether working in realms of technology, faith-based organizations, or franchising, Allen always has his focus on processes, systems, and people and is dedicated to making things operate like clockwork.
Allen married his wife, Debbie, in 1996 and has three children Emmaleigh, Alex, and Susannah. Debbie works in children’s ministry at Hope Fellowship Church in Frisco, Tx., where the Arnn family attends church. Allen is a lifelong learner, a student of leadership and loves getting out into nature and exploring God’s creation. Allen’s role here is one of Integrator and fractional COO to help Haiman-Hogue build an even stronger foundation on which we can serve you, our clients.
